Happy Friday my friends!!!  We have a busy weekend planned.  Our community garage sale is this weekend and my garage is so full of stuff we can hardly walk around. I hope we get rid of most of it and if not, the Salvation Army is going to be very happy.

My god daughter is graduating from nursing here next week and I can't wait to see her walk across the stage! So of course, I had to make her a card for the event.  I used Jen's May sketch for the layout.

This is one of my favorite a la mode's from MFT.  I love paper piecing the scroll for her.

Loonie Shaped Card Challenge

Hello friends! 

Our Loonie Stampers Challenge today was from Rho and she wanted us to make a different shape card.  I had these round ones from CTMH that needed to be used so away I went and just added a bunch of stuff....I think it turned out pretty good! 

Friends of mine are getting married here in a few weeks so I think this might work for them.  Let's go and see what 'shaped' up for the girls.  Ciao....

Happy Birthday Jessica!

One of my most favorite chick's is having a little surprise early Birthday hop in her honor! Not only is she a brilliant busines woman owning  There She Goes Stamps but also an amazing mother and wife!  Happy Birthday Jessica!!!  You are truly one of the best people I have ever 'met'!  You rock and I hope you enjoy your little hop from us! 

Of course I had to use one of  my new favorite sets of hers for my card.  Because he is one of a kind!

Loonie Sketch Time

Hi Peeps!  I am saying hello from sunny Fairmont Hot Springs, BC.  The family and I are taking a well deserved week off to enjoy some sun and relaxation.  But I wanted to make sure I posted my Loonie Challenge for you all to see cause it is so darn cute.....teehee!

It was my pick this week and I gave the girls a sketch too use!  Look at this cute guy from it's a Jungle Out There from There She Goes Stamps.  The whole set is just too adorable and especially when you can layer them up like Jessica does!!!  I bow to her!

Forget, Me???

That title is so true with me these days, I don't know where my mind is!!!  Must be age....yuck!

I snuck,  just in time, my card for Jen's SFYTT sketch for last month!  I wanted to wait and use my new There She Goes Stamps for the card as they were the sponsor, and I got them just in time on Monday and the card had to be in by midnight!  Talk about rushing.  But I love how it turned out!

I love Jessica's cards lately!  She uses tons of layers on her images and they look wicked.  I mean look at all of these she recently did, so hot!!!   So I kind of copied her brilliance for mine.  I mean come on, could 'Ellie' be any cuter....NOT!!!!    Have a great day....Ciao!

Morning!!  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  I think spring is really trying to get here.   No more snow...oh god, did I just jinx it??  Maybe I should just get to my Loonie post hey! 

Dee had us make a boy birthday card which was probably a good idea as I never have any male cards in my stash so thanks Dee! 

I haven't finished the inside yet but I think I will put a big 'DUDE' in there for my nephew cause this is who is getting it and he is so a dude!! 

I know the rest of the girls will have made awesome boy cards as they all have boys and are quite use to it.  So let's go and see shall we!  Ciao....

Loonie for Glitter!

Hey Peeps!  Sorry, my card is a little late today.  I took the pictures of it but forgot to edit them so I had to wait till I got home for work....damn job interfering with my crafting!

For our Loonie Challenge today, Regan had us using glitter!!  Ok, first, I hate glitter, gets everywhere, drives me crazy!  So for me, Stickles are the way to go!  I added some on her crown, shoes and the candles.  I also used Karen Giron's Sweet Sunday sketch from this past week, loved it! 

Make sure you go and see what the Loonie chicks did with their glitter, I hope they didn't get it in unwanted places!  teehee

Morning friends!  I wanted to play along with the MFT Wednesday sketch from last week as I loved the layout.  So I thought I better post it as the new sketch is out tomorrow. 

Have you seen this new PI from My Favorite Things yet, OMG, I just love her.  She is totally my daughter or really any girl giving attitude to her Mother!   I love her arms on her hips, totally sassy!

Spring Showers

Morning!  The snow is melting....YAY!!!!  Yes, I said snow.  But fingers crossed it is our last dump of the year.....HA! 

Today the Loonie's are bringing you spring shower ideas compliments of Rhonda.  I hadn't inked up this Flopsey from MFT yet so I knew it was the one to use.

I won't tell you how many layers of that umbrella are there, ok I will, about 6!!  I just couldn't get it perfect and just kept layering on top till I did.  I am still not really sure I like his umbrella but I kind of ran out of paper!!!  :)

Ok, let's go and see what my girls did for today's challenge.  Ciao.....
