Morning!!  Hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  I think spring is really trying to get here.   No more snow...oh god, did I just jinx it??  Maybe I should just get to my Loonie post hey! 

Dee had us make a boy birthday card which was probably a good idea as I never have any male cards in my stash so thanks Dee! 

I haven't finished the inside yet but I think I will put a big 'DUDE' in there for my nephew cause this is who is getting it and he is so a dude!! 

I know the rest of the girls will have made awesome boy cards as they all have boys and are quite use to it.  So let's go and see shall we!  Ciao....

Animals!!!

Happy Easter Monday peeps!  How many chocolate bunnies did you eat?  Me too.... 

Maria wanted us to get in touch with our animal side for the Loonie Challenge today.  I so wanted to be 'bad' and a little 'naughty' but I decided that wasn't really appropriate for Easter Monday!  Next time, don't worry!

I so love PJ from TCP, he is just so cute!  I also think my two favorite die's right now is the Fringed Perennial from MFT and the Stamp Trio from TCP.  They are wicked my friends!

Loonie Stampers Challenge - Easter

Morning and happy beginning of the week to you!  Our TV decided to retire this weekend and WOW, we really need to get a life.  It was like we didn't know what to do with ourselves.  And my craft room is where the TV is so even making a card seemed odd.  Let's hope it is an easy repair or I need to move my craft area!  Now onto the challenge.  Dee wanted us to start on our Easter cards which is just around the corner. 

I hadn't inked up Sugar, Sugar from TCP yet and it was perfect for today's challenge so he got some Copic lovin'. 

Now let's see what my Loonie ho's came up with for this challenge.  I wonder if there will be any chocolate smudges on their cards.....teehee.....Ciao!

Loonie's have moved to Monday's

Morning!  3 posts in row, crazy I know hey!  But I need to catch up for the past 2 months that I haven't blogged....yes, 2 months!!!  I can't believe it either.  And my Loonie girls and I decided to move our challenge to Monday's as it gives us all weekend to create as we are all working girls, and I don't mean that literally.....HA!!  

It was Reg's turn to pick and she wanted us to use pins on our project which I love as I have tons of them and never use them so thanks GF! 

We were invited to friend's of ours sons first birthday so I had to make him the cutest card ever and what better than Big Bear from TCP.  I had to buy that MME paper called Happy Days when it came out as I love Kraft so I knew it had to be in my stash.  But to be honest,  it is really tough to work with as it is so dark especially to mix and  match, but worked for this boy card. I hope Matthew likes it....I know his Mom Kdarla will!  Ok, off to work I go...Ciao!

Loonie Stampers Challenge - Stars

Morning Peeps! 

Dee thought we needed a little sparkle in our lives so she asked us to use stars on our project today. Now I do have a star die-cut and punch but after I finished my card I just didn't know where to put it.  But the star paper works too! 

I used my new PJ bear called Peeking from the Cat's Pajamas, isn't he just freakin' adorable.  I love how he is peeking behind that super big present and that you can use him for either a Christmas or birthday card.  I have quite a few birthdays in December so I went with that theme.  Then I added that little key embellishment for a final touch.  I will definitely be making more cards with him!   Ok, let's see what the girls did ok!   Ciao.....

OMG, do you know what tonight is!!!!   Yes, Edward is back!  Unfortunately I can't see him till Sunday... I KNOW!!!!   But he will be well worth the wait I am sure.  Why was I here...oh ya, my Loonie card!  :)

I don't know what Rho was smoking when she thought of this colour challenge but she had us make a Christmas card using pink, red and lime green!  Good thing I love her or I might have hurt her!  But to be honest, I love those colours together.  Make sure you check out what my ho's did too ok!  They always come up with amazing stuff!

Loonie Stampers Challenge - Mini

Regan decided we needed to go small or go home!!!  She wanted us to make a 3X3 card. Now I haven't made one of these in ages so it was actually a challenge for me as I like to put lots of stuff on my card and you just don't have room on these little guys!  But I persevered and went for it. 

I love Big Bear from The Cat's Pajamas, he just has that look that he could talk you into doing anything!  Kind of like my daughter.....

Loonie Stampers Challenge

Happy Friday Everyone!  Looks like it is going to be another fab weekend here, hopefully we can get out and enjoy the last few days of fall.  Well it was my turn today to pick the challenge with my girls and I went with a colour combo - kraft, cream, pink, yellow.  

That bunny called Kick Some Grass from TCP is the cutest hey!  Hey, I just noticed I didn't shadow around him.  I am so use to doing it on all my images, I can't believe I missed it.  Doesn't look so bad actually!  Ok, let's go and check out what the girls did this week shall we!   See you soon, Ciao!

TCP goes to the Circus!

'Laides and Gentleman, Boys and Girls, Step Right Up' and join me and the Cat Packers for Day 3 of the Cat's Pajamas peeks!   PJ has joined the circus and he is doing it in style!  This new set is called Step Right Up and has coordinating CutUps you can use along with him.

I knew he should be in the spotlight so I used his bullhorn (yes, I Googled it) for the lights in the corner.  Then I took some vellum and used it for the light shadows but it didn't show up as much so I just sponged the edges a bit to make sure you could see the effect.  Notice anything else new on my card??? Yes, that is a new CutUp called Circus Border. I used the top and bottom, no waste here!
